See the new tiger bridge at Mesker Park Zoo & Botanical Garden

A better view!

Mesker Park Zoo and Botanical Garden added a new feature for their two tigers.

It’s a bridge that connects the two tiger exhibits that will give Zoo guests and the tigers a better view!

The tigers will not be roaming the bridge together as they are solitary animals.

Paul Bouseman, Deputy Director of the zoo, said that the bridge should be complete in a few days weather permitting.

The project has been a year in the making.

If you go to see the bridge you will also see that the Penguins of Patagonia exhibit near the entrance is still underway. Mesker Park Zoo Marketing Manager, Danny Schembre said that they expect to open this summer with about 12-15 penguins.
