Kohl’s will begin accepting Amazon returns in store this summer

We can all pretty much agree that the worst thing about making returns to Amazon is having to package it and send it back.

Starting in July of 2019, that could be an issue of the past.  Kohl’s will start accepting unpackaged returns from Amazon customers at no cost in an effort to make returns more convenient to the customer.

“We are thrilled to bring Amazon Returns at Kohl’s to all of our stores across the country,” said Michelle Gass, Kohl’s chief executive officer. “Amazon and Kohl’s have a shared passion in providing outstanding customer service, and this unique partnership combines Kohl’s strong nationwide store footprint and omnichannel capabilities with Amazon’s reach and customer loyalty.”

According to Kohl’s, they’ll accept eligible Amazon returns without a box or label at no additional cost at more than 1,150 locations nationwide.  Kohl’s stores will package and ship returned items to Amazon’s return centers.  So the next time that large sized shirt is more like a small, don’t sweat it, just stop in at Kohl’s for a return.
