Free Drive-In Concert with The Kentucky Headhunters

COVID-19 won’t keep concerts from happening this summer in Beaver Dam, Kentucky.

The Beaver Dam Tourism Commission announced a there will be a free “Drive-In Concert” with The Kentucky Headhunters on June 13 in the parking lot of Midtown Shopping Center in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. The gates open at 7 p.m. and showtime is at 8:30 p.m.

Although the concert is free, they ask that you consider making a monetary or canned food donation to the Ohio County Food Bank.

Just like everything else, the drive-in style concert was created with safety in mind among COVID-19. That being said, everyone going to the event must enter in vehicles. No foot traffic will be allowed.

That means you can watch and listen from the back of your pick-up Drive-In movie style! You can also sit in the back of your hatchback or bring lawn chairs to safely sit in front of your vehicle. They even made the concert available to listen to on FM radio in your car or truck while you’re there.

To make the most out of it, check out our list of must-haves for the Drive-In theatre (of course, not all items will apply!)

As always, remember to be safe and wash your hands.
