EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Thursday night’s Music in the Park concert at Akin Park has been canceled.
Organizers say it’s because of unfavorable weather conditions.
They say the safety of their guests, performers and volunteers is their top priority.
“We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please plan to attend our next concert on July 9 at Garvivn Park near the new playground.” said the Evansville Parks Foundation on social media.
