EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - From classical music to film scores, the Evansville Philharmonic has something for everyone this upcoming season.
Opening Night kicks off September 19th with a program of “vibrant rhythms, sweeping melodies and warm harmonies”.
Performances throughout the season comprise of Classical Jukebox, Halloween Spectacular, Broadway Rocks and Peppermint Pops.
A few other shows include “The Music of Earth, Wind & Fire”, “Windows of Heaven”, and performances from trumpet legend Arturo Sandoval and pianist Vijay Venkatesh.
The finale for the season includes The Empire Strikes Back, a performance which includes the full Star Wars film accompanied by a live orchestra.
