HOPKINS CO., Ky. (WFIE) - Hopkins County and Madisonville are gearing up for one of our most popular community events.
According to a press release the 5th Annual Great Restaurant Race is making its way back to the Tri-State.
Officials say the event invites locals and visitors to eat their way across Hopkins County for a chance to win Food for a Year. They say this year, each finisher will receive a prize.
One grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible finishers to receive a $50 gift card to each of the 12 restaurants they submitted, for a total of $600 in local dining.
Participants are invited to visit 12 different Hopkins County restaurants, save their receipts and upload them to complete the race from April 1 - 30.
