ROMP releases this year’s music line-up

OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - ROMP organizers released this year’s line-up online overnight.

Some noticeable performers include Marty Stuart, Leftover Salmon, Steep Canyon Rangers and the Hackensaw Boys.

This will be ROMP’s 19th annual event, which is set for June 22-25 at Yellow Creek Park.

There will be space for camping for those who may be traveling to experience all four days. Attendees may notice some changes from the last few years.

”So it’s no secret that the last couple years have been tough on live events and a lot of uncertainty, but we are really seeing that cloud really lift,” Chris Joslin, executive director of ROMP festival said. “We did have some COVID restrictions last year. So far this year, we are going into the festival without COVID restrictions and you know we can always scale it up if things do brush up.”

Officials say single-day tickets are on sale now.

However, you might want to get them now because they say the price will go up on those tickets soon.
