Evansville BBQ Fest
BBQ heaven is coming to Evansville! Enjoy all the fun on Saturday free of admission. There will be a car and hot rod show, food trucks, live music, competition level BBQ to taste, and more to enjoy downtown.
When: Friday 5 pm – 10 pm & Saturday 11 am – 7 pm
Where: Downtown Evansville | Across from IU Medical School, between Walnut and Locust Street
Cost: Friday is a ticketed event. Saturday is free of admission.
Evansville Geek and Comic Con
The 3rd annual Geek & Comic Con is taking over the Evansville Museum of Arts, History & Science. There will be hands-on activities, board games, vendors and many chances to meet and hear presentations from special guests.
When: Saturday | 11 am – 8 pm

Cost: $12 Adults & $8 for youth | Museum members are free
Hadi Highland Games
Watch competitors take on the traditional Highland games like the caber toss and more! There will be bagpiping, drumming, a beer garden supplied by Mo’s House, food trucks, live music all celebrating Scottish and Celtic culture.

Pups & Pints
Carson’s Brewery is teaming up with It Takes a Village No-Kill Rescue center (ITV) for an evening of dogs and beer. See adoptable dogs and taste the specialty beer that Carson’s is rolling out just for the event. Can it get any better? All proceeds of the event will be donated to ITV. And if you’re hungry, River City Dawgs will be selling food on site.
