Enjoy free fishing in Indiana, Kentucky

Fish Indiana and Kentucky’s public waters, no license needed June 2-3.

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources and Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources are hosting a Free Fishing weekend at Indiana and Kentucky’s public waters.

There will also be a Kids Fishing Derby at Patoka Lake in Birdseye, IN. Fishing begins at 8:45 am and an awards ceremony will be at 11:00 am. Fishers up to 12 years old are encouraged to participate.
