With the Fall Festival, comes the brain sandwich

Battered, deep fried, and… delicious? Pork brain sandwiches are a staple at the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival.

Some say they love brain sandwiches and some wouldn’t touch one with a ten-foot pole. They kind of resemble pork tenderloins, one of Indiana’s favorites, because they have the golden fried color and are served on a standard hamburger bun.
